Davik showed the coordinates to Rasper. "Well if this is as close as we can get than it will have to do" Rasper went silent for a moment and surveyed there surroundings. He dident generally like getting involved directly with politicians there is just too much secrecy and things are not always what they seemed with them. Rasper snapped back to reality and motioned for them to get going. Rasper began to walk down the path into the deeper city. They could catch a transport to the apartments later, Rasper just wanted a little time to think.

Davik could tell Rasper was thinking, he couldn't tell why though just go to the apartment gear up and get on with the mission. They could worry about things turning bad if they did, not now when eveything was fine. "
Hey comrade, let's do this. We should try and hurry before these blackmailer's go off planet if they haven't already. " Davik said in a aggrevated tone.

Rasper looked up at Davik then nodded. "Yes I agree, lets catch a taxi to the apartments and we will contact the guy who hired us from there."

Glad do hear Rasper was ready to get on with the job, Davik started looking around for a taxi and he couldn't see one. What are the odds not finding a taxi in the refugee sector of Coruscant. Then he noticed a taxi that looked like it was being held together by glue pulled up and the driver inside said, "Yousa two neeeds a rides? Meesa can take you anywheres. Davik looked over at Rasper at laughed, "Of all the cab driver's."

Rasper had never seen an alien that looked like that. He and Davik got in the cab and it hovered into the air a few meters when the strange big eared alien turned around. "Wheresa yousa headed." Rasper just looked at the alien for a second then shook his head and pulled out the data pad. "Here we need to get to these apartments." The alien made a big smile and nodded "Okey dokie mesa get you there very speedy" The cab sputtered a bit jerked and shook but eventually smoothed out and they were on there way weaving up down and around other ships and shuttles of various sizes.

Not having any safety harnesses Davik and Rasper where thrashing around hitting the side of the cab. One big turn the alien made swung Davik's head into the window and made a big crack down the middle, but the alien didn't realise so it was all good. Finally after a while they arrived close to the apartments and the alien gave one last hard push on the brakes almost sending them all through the windshield. "Okie dokey weesa here yousa haves a great aday" said the alien as Davik stumbled out of the cab. "Remind me to come back here and kill him when we are done" Davik said to Rasper while holdong his head.

"ill make sure to remind you" Rasper said with a smile. They entered the large building and went to a front desk where an ithorian was looking through files via a info screen. When they go to the desk the Ithorian looked up. "Greetings I assume you wish to rent a room, How many nights would you like.?" "And would you like a two bed room or........." the Ithorian tilted its head a little "one bed room?"

"One room, two beds" Davik said shaking his head. The Ithorian gave them there room number and key and they made their way to their room. "You go ahead and start to gear up I'll call the politician and ask him where we will meet up."

Rasper arrived at the room and slid a small card into the slot on the door and a light above the door turned from red to green and the door zipped up. Rasper entered the room and the door slid down. He threw a large bag he had been carrying on the far bed and unstrapped it and began pulling various weapons and armor from the bag. The weapons came out in pieces and Rasper put them to the side to resemble later. Rasper made sure all of his armor was accounted for and he the put the bag on the floor next to the bed and layed down and waited for Davik to return from contacting the politician

Davik made his way to the nearest phone in the lobby, pulled out the datapad to find the number for the politician. He pushed the numbers in on the holographic screen, it rang a few times and a female answered, "This is the office of Mr. Rinels, how may I help you?" Davik was surpirised he got through in the first time, this politician must not have many poltical allies, "I need to speak with Rinels, him and I have a buisness arrangement." After a few seconds of a awkward pause the assistant answered back,"Ok sir I'll transfer you." Always have to wait for high up buisness people, after a few more seconds a man answered with a irratated tone, "Yes make it quick." Davik replied, "Not a good buisness man I see. Anyway a friend of ours told me that some of your friends don't see eye to eye with you." "Oh yes pardon me, can't talk over the phone meet me at Bark's Diner" Mr. Rinels answered back then hung up. Davik put the phone down and made his way up to the room to get the information to Rasper.

Davik returned and told Rasper where they were going to meet and the details of the conversation.

"wow dosent sound like a bright fella"

Rasper sat up on the bed and reached over for his bag and pulled out a long sleeved shirt and baggy pants. They were cheap looking and he also had a belt. There was reason for there bagginess however. Rasper put on his armor save for his helmet of course and then slipped the baggy clothes over, he tucked the shit in and wrapped the belt around tied it in a knot. Under the clothes was his armor two combat knives and two small blaster pistols as he wouldent be able to hide his big heavy repeater.

Having told Rasper the news, Davik went over to his bag and pulled out his armor and weapons. He took each peice and straped it to his body, finally the clothes he prefers. Having looked at his rifle deciding wheter or not to take it, deciding against it he picked up a highly modified blaster recently bought off a black market dealer. Spinning the blaster around on his finger then quickly sliding it in a holster on his side. Davik went into the bathroom for a minute came back out wearing a bathrobe, "The guards won't bother us if they think we are those superstitous fools at the temple" Davik laughed and asked Rasper if he was ready.

Rasper flexed and stretched as he got back into the familiar feeling of his armor.

“yup im ready to go”

Rasper and davik made there way down to the ground level of the apartments and they caught a taxi to Barks dinner that was not too far from the senate towers themselves. Rasper turned to davik.

“So what do you think of this guy so far?”

"He is either a complete idiot or he is hiding something. Maybe when we talk to him he will reveal his true intentions comrade." A few minutes later they arrived at Bark's Diner, Davik stepped out and told Rasper, "Watch yourself comrade,politicians like to play dirty"

"Oh dont worry, I know exactly how they can be" Rasper replied, Rasper went to the door and opened it.

"Ladies first" he said with a smirk
