Member of the month?

sounds like an idea, but what would be the criteria ? with only the forum to judge wouldnt it be a bit hard ?

I have thought of it my self... But it's hard to choose between some members some times!

It's the activity... and then it's what each one can give and what he gives and stuff like that!

But generally I find it a great idea! Wink

I think its a good idea, as long as people don't make it a huge competition that turns people against each other.

Yeah.

BTW; when I was thinking of this.

What about we involve the departments in it?

Few day before the member of the month award will be given, their will be voting in each department. The department will choose 1 (or more?) member eligble for the award.

But that's something between the members of the department and it's leader...

For now, I think it would be just the title.

Maybe when the game comes out, each member can donate something to the High Vigo or something, who gives the donated amount to the winner or something like that?

If we wanted to start something like that before the game came out, then it could be based on such criteria like activity, posts, RP, quality, etc. Once the game comes out, we could base it on more in-game criteria, such as in-game activity, involvement in guild activities, willingness to assist fellow GTC members, in-game RP, etc. Could be fun! I think the winner should be decided by the Vigo's or department heads, if it got into a guild-vote situation it could turn into more of a popularity contest Wink
