Today, I attempted to watch soccer. But I was met with a noise. It sounds like bees buzzing around with kazoos. But it's really horns. Anyways, the GTC site would like to be involved with that.

There, how long can withstand the sounds. I went a listening to that, but now I can still here it with my head phones off. Is that bad?

Owen... I feel like murdering you now. The Vuvezela is a blasphemous invention to the religion of Sport and should be banned. Whenever you watch the World Cup, there's the sound of a swarm of locusts following you. I don't see how ANYONE can enjoy that sound or put up with it. Every single Vuvezela should be melted down.

I don't find the vuvezela that annoying, though I think that the constant buzzing would be more of a distraction to the players.

Vuvuzela!! They do not bother me at all, it is South Africa's world cup let the fans celebrate it however they want. It won't be there again for a long long time.

I know it's South Africa's world cup and they have the right to do what they want. But those Vuvuzela are very annoying. And I wish that was the only case, but it causes other problems. The players can barley communicate or even concentrate. And don't forget about the fans, researchers state that listening to it for a long time could lead to hearing loss.

Well, the first match of the World Cup (South-Africa vs .. [gah can't remember for a sec =/] ) I though they were very annoying, but I pay less attention to them every other match I see, so they don't quite bother me anymore :p.

Mexico was in teh first match, the team i will support if England go out.

They have earplugs to block out the noise in the stadium. Footballers earn £70,000 aweek (ok the top ones) they can get some work doen on their vocal cords so they can be heard Wink

I've only seen the first two matches of the World Cup, but I didn't find the Vuvuzelas annoying. I wasn't in the audience, though, so I guess I can't complain. I don't know...
