Charles Magna is an Executive-level Field Representative for the widely popular Czerka Corporation. His parents both Czerka Corporation employees, he too strived to become one. Until age 15, Charles was educated and eventually worked with Czerka Corporation. At age 15, his mother was angry at her son's speed of advancement, expecting her superiors to replace her with her son. Therefore, she hired members of the Exchange to assassinate Charles. Due to Charles carrying the Czerka Corporation Employee Manual over his heart at all times, the blaster bolt that would have instantly killed him instead struck the manual, which absorbed most of the impact, but the blast still deep enough to leave a scar that hollowed out his left breast up to just a half-inch away from his heart.

Due to the risk of accidentally scraping his heart, the scar was never repaired by droids. Instead, it proved to be Charles' proverbial badge of honor as he found the assassins, shot one in the back of the head with a blaster pistol, and took the other one hostage into the Czerka Corporation building. The end result of the rodian assassin spilling his guts caused Charles' mother to lose her job, replaced with a hutt. The hutt then sent Charles off to Czerka's Research and Development Bureau, where he learned the ins, the outs, and the how-tos of all of Czerka Corporation's weaponry. Eventually, his charisma and skills as a merchant proved too valuable to the higher Czerka Executives for Charles to remain cooped up. Therefore, the head of Czerka Corporation promoted Charles to his current position as he traverses the galaxy to sell Czerka product as well as to act as Czerka's eyes and ears in the lower branches to make certain every branch was operating at peak efficiency with no problems.

I was contacted by SW:TOR Forums member DarkApocalypse in response to the "Looking for Guild" topic post I had made.

WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN PLAYING SW:TOR?

Of all of the lore that exists of Star Wars, the Knights of the Old Republic era appealed to me the most. The fact that Bioware did such a good job with KotOR and KotOR II didn't hurt my anticipation in the slightest, especially when I heard that this game was to be released as an MMORPG. With my love of KotOR and KotOR II above even the classic trilogy, it'd be a horrible waste if I didn't play this MMO.

FINALLY, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FROM A GUILD? *

I am looking for a friendly, active guild who shares my interests both IRL and IC. From what I can tell, the vast majority of that criteria has been filled just from first impressions.
