i will use this topic over the course of month to post here star wars related tools that i might find along my travels on the web, free to anyone to add there own as long as its revelant, keep the topic clear please so members can find the tool they are looking for easily.

well the one you posted is more beautiful that is, but i was more thinking about an efficient tool, in which you can at a glance see where are the planet you're interested in, i have been unsuccessful at finding a bigger version of the one i posted in which the planet finder is big enough, so i will maybe make ym own planet finder for this map so player can quickly find what they are looking.

e.g.: i spent like 5 minute flailing around the map trying to find nar shadaa to no result, it shouldnt take more than 10second

Ah, I understand what you're after now. Well, you've got to know where the planet is really situated to begin with in the first place, or have some vague idea of where it is. Nar Shaddaa is in the South-East area of the map, in a large sort of bubble looking thing. It is in Hutt Space, and near Da Soocha V, Ylesia, Nal Hutta, Barab I and Rinn. I hope that helped.

i plan on checking each parsec and write what planet are in it, then sort them out alphabeticaly, maybe after that i could put that list and the map on a downloadable file

Nice, Ive always wanted to see a full map of the SW universe, but I was always too lazy to look.

well rejoice, im gonna work a bit on it and give you a useful map with deep core, outer rim etc territories shown and a planet quickfind helper
